Pānia Witoko

Pānia is drawn to the transformative world of te taiao, working with harakeke to weave together whakapapa, pūrākau, wairua and meaning. Through raranga, textiles, storytelling, taonga puoro and embodied movement, her practice explores light, texture, sound and form. Pānia creates physical, energetic and spiritual spaces for connection and reflection, inviting deeper relationships with whenua, wairua, self and the stories held within and around us.
